I am also pursuing my Ph.D. on similar lines on "Public policy and
empowerment of visually challenged a study of Andhra Pradesh". Education,
employment, technology and social security of visually challenged are
components of my research work. Presently I am writing on conceptual and
policy frame work. non availability of relevant materials is the burning
problem before me to proceed further. hence once again I am requesting all
respectable members to share with me the resources like websites, books,
journals and circulars on disability or visual disability. I am expecting
valuable guidance and cooperation from accessindian experts to early
completion of my research work.
