Hello folks, Can't we take the issue to the parliament? If possible, we can take the special needs of disabled with the members of parliament. The organizations working for the disabled should have a conversation with some of the oppositions members. they will have the option to rage the issue when debate takes over. forwarding a memorundam doesn't solve the problem.
