They only and only understand the language of courts.
it has become quite evident that such people like railway minister
work only for those, from where they expect the votes.
not only this department, there are many many of such kind.
the time has come when we'll have to initiate something very very
serious and perhaps demanding the seates in parliament!!
The botem line is that you can't change nothing without entering into
the system.
