hi friend, to get access of webvisum's settings, open the firefox, and wait while webvisum connects to there servers, then click right click (application key) and select webvisum submenu, and select preferences, here you will find several options like general, key binding and etc. key binding will help you to define the keys to various actions in webvisum.
