Hi My desktop seems to be having serious virus problems. When I start the computer, I get a message like: ihaupbd32.exe has encountered an error and needs to close. If you were in the middle of something, the data might be lost. I use Avast and have scanned and rescanned the computer a couple of times in the last twenty four hours. But it keeps identifying new viruses all the time. It shows something like: A suspicious file has been detected (using a heuristic method). This may be a sign of malware infection. Please allow the file to be submitted to our virus lab for analysis. The file name is C/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/DRIVERS/tisdk.sys And type is hidden services. This is followed by a list of available options. I keep deleting, but this comes up whenever I restart the system and in the middle of work. Once in a while I also get a message saying a virus has been detected in the operating memory. It asks me to reboot so that a proper virus scan of the entire system can be performed before the virus can be activated. I rebooted once, but the problem continues to persist. I am able to connect to the internet, but curiously enough, I can hardly open any websites or even Gtalk on the computer. I even tried uninstalling Avast and moving over to AVG Free. This anti virus is not working at all. What may have gone wrong. Can something be done? Or do I need to format the system. I would prefer some alternative way out. Another problem- My desktop and laptop both refuse to format my pen drive. It has an autorun file which I am not being able to delete. I have looked this up on the internet and have been lead to some complicated procedure to get this rectified which I am not being able to get a hang of. Can anyone please suggest something? Help. Regards, Moiz
