hay yusuf, you first visit <http://www.webvisum.com> then login with your user name and password. then click the link download. and then press alt+a after some time, your computer will ask you to restart the fire fox. do it. then webvisum will ask your user name and password. enter it and press enter. to solv capcha, press alt+cuntroll+6 after some time, it will be away lable on clip board. and you will here the message from jaws of it. then you can pest it in the edit box by pressing cuntroll+v you can call me at any time on my cell no. for any kind of help. my number is +919725661243
