I would also like to know from our netbook users that since scanner requires
good processor that's what I have heard, so in that case how far netbook is
good? Specially in terms of speed and good response?
Just for information if it makes difference I use finereader.

More than that I guess. For instance, it will take less than a third of
the space the PC takes, is portable and does virtually everything a PC
can do. This has been my personal experience.

based computer.
I don't think it will be good for audio recordings in the long run.

You may buy N148 which comes with DOS at Rs. 15000.
All these models have ATOM processor with 160 GB hard disk.
