>From the technical points of view, I suggest windows 7 since microsoft is going to stop support for XP sooner or later. It means that you will not get latest updates and buck fixes. So, I suggest that you go for Windows 7 and as Amit pointed out, it works fine with JAWS and Windows eyes.
