Bhavesh, it is not as symple to downgrade the firmware version of your phone yourself. However, visiting Nearest Nokia Care should solve your purpose. Alternatively, you can Try restoring your phone to its original settings once. I too faced the similar problem after upgrading firmware of My Nokia C5-00 but it was resolved after restoring the phone to its factory settings.
