Dear All I have filled up passport application online, and will be going to passport office on 15th of Oct. I have seen the website carefully, and have even spoken with the office. The website as such makes no reference to disability or any special formality to be followed except disability certificate, while applying for passport, and the office helpdesk people were not sounding like very trained people. Therefore, I sincerely request you all to let me know that are there any specific formalities to be completed for the passport? I use thumb impression, so will I be required to get the form notarized? I have to go to thane, which will take approx 1.5 hours from where I stay, and I will have to change two trains or one train and one bus at least. Therefore, tell me everything from top to bottom.
