Visual Basic editor is actually very easy to use for beginners - has plenty of
online help. And you don't need to learn any visual program to write simple
commands of macros.

Hi Vinod,

What are you trying to do? You can use the Excel macro recorder and then
customize the code or, you can write a macro from scratch.

Excel uses Visual Basic for Applications which is a variant of visual basic
so the language is easy to learn.
