hello members,
many of access indians are working in banks at various posts. i am in
need of their help.
i want to know what sort of training is provided to VI employees after
they are recruited in banks at clerical post. is any kind of extra
training is given or trained at par with other employees. do banks too
have screen reading softwares on their desktop? if no, how is work done
by vi employees.
what sort of jobs are entrusted to them?
please reply to all my questions at the earliest. it is really ergent.
