Hello, It depends on the version of TALKS you're using. Versions prior to TALKS 5 do not make a distinction between read and unread messages. Prior to TALKS 5, we get the message, 'you have -- message/s' but in the inbox, no way to find the read and unread messages and not downloaded or unread emails. Regards.
