Dear Vamshi,
Would like to make correction that Amlesh sir has some vision, but not
sure about the percentage.
The second thing is that recently Bank of India had also tried to go
out of convention and asked blind candidates to get aproved the
eligibilityof their scribes through the regional offices of bank
before the examination, instead of at the time of exam.
According to me, such new dimensions only going to increase our problems.
