Dear Avinash and Others,
Yes we have made arrangements for recording and we shall also upload
it on our website. Therefore, in your case, since you do not have an
alternative, you can use this option. However, for others, I think
attending the live program should be better for various reasons. They
will be participating in something historic. Secondly, they will also
get chance to interact face to face with some of the members of the
committee, which is drafting the new disability law.
