Hello All Now this thread is getting stretched. May I sumarise the issues.
1 Job fairs are beneficial. 2 Organisers need to provide sufficient information regarding the openings available and document the CV's well in advance. 3 The organisers may prepare the candidates prior to such fairs. 4 Candidates also need to build their skill sets as per industry needs. 5 A list may be prepared detailing successful candidates and the name of successful employers at the conclusion of the fair. 6 A concluding meeting with the employers followed by the candidates may be conducted for proper transmission of the expectations and the feedback of the appraised candidates. This will help in building strategies to focus the training as per industry requirements. Finally congratulations to the organisers, successful candates and employers. Better luck for those who did not make it this time. A time to introspect and an opportunity to grow. With this we may close this thread.
