Dear Friends, I have salary account in Panjab National Bank (PNB) here in my company premises in Surat, Gujarat. I wish to make my account as joint account with my wife. With that purpose, when I approached the bank manager, he told me that a salary account cannot make as joint account. Please guide me in this regard. Could you tell me what is the criteria of making joint account? Isn’t it possible to make a salary account as joint account? Is there any guideline or circular in this direction?
