Hello Divendra Somebody from commercial bank should be in a better position to answer you.
I personally did have salary joint account in different banks at different point of time. I had not run into any trouble opening account in any of them. Some Banks offer special privelleges like 0 balance etc to such salary accounts. It is rediculous if they put restrictions in making a joint account. In case you don't opt for such privelleges then there should be no problems opening a ordinary joint account. There is no need even to inform the bank it is a salary account.
