I had a query about reservation. Is it mandatory for all examinations conducted by the Government to reserve 3% seats for the physically challenged? Actually, KVPY is an examination in Science organised by Dept. of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. It has reservation for SC and ST applicants, but such a provision is not available for the physically challenged students.
