hello friends, if anything mis hap occur, for the claiming insurance, those
who is driving and driving licens of that person is important rather than
whose name rc book is issued. I am totally blind, I am having 2 and 4
wheeler. rc book is my name, driving licens is my wife name, insurance is in
the name of vehicle. insurance is for the vehicle not for the owner or
driver.

One of my friend want to buy a 2 whieler on his own name. But the bank
officials are saying that you can not do so because the authority will not
issue the RC book on your name. And if the issue the same, you may face
the problems while claiming the insurance because the lisance will not be
ofcourse on his name. So Please guide me in this case so I can provide
