HDFC MF didn't accept my form because it was verified by bank manager,
however SBI and Reliance MF did.

Amarnath in the mail below you have said that SEBI Rules do not allow
attestation of Left Thumb Impression by a bank manager and it actually
requires attestation by a notary.
I havent found any such rule so please would you send me the rule,regulation
or guideline.
This is most urgent because I am in the process of writing the Memorandum to
SEBI on the subject
I know that Amar Jain has invested in some mutual funds with only the Bank
manager's attestation. I want to see the exact rule if Amarnath insists
there is one.

fund managers are not allowed to accept attestation of thumb impressions
by the bank managers. They only need the attestation of thumb impressions
by the notary as per sebi's guidelines.

If you have good relations with bank manager you can tell them to verify
the thumb impression.

is cunsirn, one can buy mutual funds online as well, like shares, bonds
FDs.
also it is now offering currancy trading.
so may be try your luck with Icici bank!!.
