Hello friends, i have got check book and a.t.m. Card of sbi with thumb impration. I showed r.b.i. Sircular to bank athorities first they refused but after long discasions i was able to convince them. No no regarding the cheque he is not right, Because RBI circular clearly mentioned The VI person can avail cheque facility with thumb impression.
