Hello, I am using the online sbi since few years and finding no difficulties in accessing the same. Only my problem is to save the account statement independently in pdf format.
Once I select the option of pdf the account statement is fully red but there is one link wich says that click here to save this file and jaws does not read this link. So any solution for this problem? Please do not suggest to save this file in excel or html format because I need to know only about this type of problem i.e. way of saving the statement independently without the help of any sighted person to click on this link.
