The draft act does not contain the provisions that protects the  benefits and 
instructions issued for the benefit of the persons with disability prior to the 
enactment of the PWD Act, as contained Section 72 of the present act. We should 
be the losers if this draft act is approved. Therefore lets all discuss this 
issue once again. The proposed meetings with stake holders seem to be an eye 
wash.
All the learned members are requested to be vigilant about this
