hey mam don't try to recover the password firstly you should enter the full user name and correct password there after the mail will ask you to enter the coad shown above if you have anycaptcha solving tool then make use of it or take any sited assistence after entering the correct coad and password the ID should be opened if not then it may be hacked then click on the recover password link after that answer the correct secret question by this you can recover your account I also recovered my dad's e mail account some days back hope this helps regards
