The process is simple... go to gmail if you don’t know the direct URL of
google accounts, click on I cant access my account, then click on forgot
password from the available choices, then recover your account either by
answering security question or asking google to send verification code on
mobile or there is something which deals with alternate email too. Just go
and have a look its simple.

you are true I explained google accounts forgot password feature
because the account was on g mail

Hello all,
Hope all is well.
One of my friend is suffering from one big problem.This is the second
time when she is suffering from the same problem. Before some days or
may bbe two months back I had expressed here this problem that when we
tried to open her ID it did not open. every time it was saying type
the correct password. That time I tried all the things which we are
doing to recover her password but it did not work.
So I had created her another e-mail ID. from now itself it is not
opening. again it says that enter the correct password. it always
happens with her ID only. Can anybody tell me why is it happening?
How much time we should creat e-mail ID.
