Understood the point about promotions.
What Bank are you referring to
Please find out how many VI applicants originally sat for the exams. How come none was suitable. Why not file a RTI application.

I mean to say that Their are many loop falls in the act.
Like Section 24 of said act, Their is a provision regarding reservation in fresh recruitment but no reservation in promotion. The It means disabled can not dreamed for promotion specially totally VI persons. No employer is going to stop them for appearing in the exam factual position is no employer is ready to recruit or promote them specially totally VI person at present secondly until there is a provision to carry forward the vacancies to subsequent year and so on. Third year onwards these vacancies should be release for normal.

One more thing exception is always there. It does not mean every disable become Ashish.

Lastly I would like to give a example of my own bank last year my bank have recruited approximate 10000 Employee non of them is VI. This is factual data. Why bank did not appoint VI persons Because Bank has an instrument there is no suitable candidate is found.

I hope now you have get my point.

Thanks
HS Negi

After reading this act all state consultation exercise is futile because many measure point should not be consider. This act is mere formality and great disapointment for those disabled who are facing dificulty in their daily life.
