Hi Ajay,

1. Sit in a quiet room.
2. Power down all communication devices such as cellular phones.
3. Set a talking timer for the duration of your exam. For best results,
exclude any extra time you are being given.
4. Start the test.

You will need to ensure that your test paper is fully accessible before the
test. At the time of your test, you should have no human contact. It is just
you and the test. It does not matter if you will be testing with a writer on
test day. If you have access to a computer use that. The computer is a
perfect writer. It does exactly what you ask it too.

Once you begin to score satisfactorily, add on the extra time and see how
much of a difference it is making. If you still do not score decently, you
have a problem so it is back to hard studying or revising your strategy of
tackling the questions.
