Hello,
I don't remember if it works in pdf files. In word, go to jaws verbosity
dialogue box using insert+v. Press the letter c trhee times for comments,
footnotes and end notes option. Press spacebar until jaws says detection
off. I don't think jaws detects these items during the say-all operation.
These are detected during reading line by line.
As regards excel, you can enter formula or value in multiple cells using
ctrl+enter. First, select the cells, type the formula and press ctrl+enter.
