Hi Guy, As per your querry,the shart command for adding-up the previous coloums or rows. In the cell where the formula has to be put, simply press Alt+equal sign and hit enter on it. You will get the required result. For example: In cell a1the value is 2,in cell a2, the value is 3and in cell a3, just hit the said short command and hit enter on it you will get the end result.
