Hi, Rightly said: 1. The applicant should put his left hand thumb impression, and it should be attested by: (i) Magistrate; or (ii) notary public; or (iii) gazzetted officer. 2. Do not put your thumb impression or anything on photograph. Just put it below the photograph, in such a way that it should not obstruct officials from scanning the photo clearly. Officials may demand you to notarize or attest that thumb impression also.
