Recently i had faced a problem when i approached SBI For a loan but after
complaining to HAPPY ROOM A scheme by state bank of india to satisfy its
customers
IF you face ANY problem in receiving the services send a text message to
08008202020
write' UNHAPPY ' in the body of the message
after sending the message you will receive a message and a call from SBI Then
you will have explain your problem they will take appropriate action
I HAD BENEFITED FROM IT
