Madam
The Differently Abled Employees Welfare Association has organized a meeting
called " VIKALANGA UDYOGULA MAHA SABHA" on 05/06/2011 at Prakasham Hall, Gandhi
Bhavan, Nampally, Hyderabad. The Honorable Minister for Women Child and
Disabled
Welfare Andhra Pradesh, Smt. V. Sunitha Laxma Reddy has kindly attended as
Chief
guest. Smt Anitha Rajendra Commissioner for the Disabled Welfare Dept. has
attended as guest of honor. The meeting was was presided over by me ie
President
of the Association. About 700 members of the association including VI, HH, OH
have attended the meeting. The Minister has assured to fulfill all the genuine
demands of the Association. She was expected to release the GO on the issue of
Reservation in promotions in AP and the further relaxation of transfers of the
employees with disability in this meeting itself and could not be done because
of some technical problems. She assured that the orders on the above will be
issued in about ten days. After the meeting the participants have been given
lunch by the Association.
