For past few days or so, I've also been facing the same issue, previously that didn't happen with me for a long time. Very recently I've migrated from Outlook express to MS Outlook 2003 in Windows 7, earlier I thought having some problem with my new email client but many people confronting the same issue assures me that there's no problem from my end.
