That person has not mentioned anything in his profile.
I block his id everytime, but he creates a new id again.
I know this menace can be tackled by making changes in my privacy settings,
but I just wanted to know the location of that person so that atleast I can
get some hint about his identity.

If the Skype ID is in your contacts list, then you can right click it
and view the profile. But if the person hasn't mentioned the same,
then you can't do anything. I suggest you block the ID so that no
calls from that Skype ID will be accepted.
