If you register another ID with same email and other details, then you may
be tressed again, I am afraid.
If anyone can suggest other option then it will help to solve the problem
anyway.
In my view, you can block the caller.

Is it possible to know the location / IP address of a skype caller?
For the past one week, I have been receiving threatening calls on skype
from someone and I want to know the location of this caller.
