1.1. When do you experience the hanging?
1.2. When does the computer hang?
1.3. Is this a recent problem?
1.4. What applications do you use regularly?
1.5. Do you run as administrator on the computer?
1.6. Have you patched your computer via Microsoft Update?
1.7. What anti-virus program is installed?
1.8. How much free space do you have on drive c?
2. Check the windows event logs for any events that are designated as
errors.

3. Have you backed up your data?

4. Why are you on Jaws 10? Jaws 12 is out so you are 2 versions behind. This
could have an implication on how jaws, the web browser and websites
interact.

5. Is your computer a branded pc or an assembled pc?
