What applications do you use regularly? 1.5. Do you run as administrator on the computer? 1.6. Have you patched your computer via Microsoft Update? 1.7. What anti-virus program is installed? 1.8. How much free space do you have on drive c? 2. Check the windows event logs for any events that are designated as errors.
