Hi All, All of a sudden I had started facing a problem in accessing mails in my Gmail account. Generally, I use basic HTML layout for my Gmail accounts as it is more accessable with Screen readers.
Yesterday, due to some reasons I had to switch to Standard View and then I was not able to open any of the links including my mails. Then after consulting our moderator, as suggested by him I wrote the feedback of the new Gmail. There I wrote that I am using the Screen readers JAWS12 and the latest version of NVDA and am not able to open any links and neither I am able to switch to Basic HTML. Then the team had asked me to sign in to my account and then I got a link called load Basic HTML and then I was able to open that link using enter key and then there I got an link called set Basic HTML as default view... I wanted to share this information with all as I got to know that many of us are facing this problem for last couple of days... Hope this mail help few of us to come out of the similar problem.
