Welcome to JNU. The Fee shouldn't be a matter of concern, its around just 100 per semester. Also, the hostel will be made available at the time of adimission itself, and the hostel fee pir semester is less than 100. You have to pay the mess bil though, and it is around 1500 pir month. As a visually challenged, you have a special unit in the genraly library, provided with more than 20 computers, scanners, braille printers and so on. The University also provides a reader allowance of around 1500 for MA students. There is a fforum organized by the visually challenged students of the campus, the JNU Visually Challenged Forum.
