Believe me, coming from rural experience, it was very true in my case and that's the main reason for my emphasis to such info. Let's be realistic: visually challenged people continue to face social and economic barriers. Which means that the very prospect of living in Delhi can scare us off and henceforth I would not like to advise others what info should be given to a perspective student of JNU. rather the main aim in a list like this one should be to ensure the smooth flow of info to the necessary individuals. Just my thoughts.
