Hi, Passes for the disable persons are abailable only in ordinary buses in Mumbai, they are considered in some of express routes also. There is no special pass or provision in AC bus routes in Mumbai; However, a visually impaired person can travel anywhere at Rs1/- in the ordinary buses if he/she doesn't carry a pass.
