Hi, I checked at the goeegaon east bus depot, the concession for disabled in AC bus is showing Rs. 55 per month which is eqvivalent to the concessional fair in ordinary bus pass. This is what showed in their system but they said that they are not very sure about it. They need to reconfirm with higher authorities as they have never issued any AC pass for disabled till now from that depot. I think we will need to confirm this further. The tole free no of BEST Mumbai is 1800227550 but not sure if even they have clear info.

There is no special pass or provision in AC bus routes in Mumbai; However, a visually impaired person can travel anywhere at Rs1/- in the ordinary buses if he/she doesn't carry a pass.
