As said, I do have same problem with Internet Explorer 9 and Jaws 12/Windows
7.
It is like that, when pressing that link with the title, U get a dialogue
that "this page contains a dialogue information", U have to click alt and n
to go to that particular info dialogue. Then, if my memory does not play
games with me now, U will get those "download button, save and close". Let
me know if and how it works.
