Hello All, Few points which could be added to discussion:
1. Does VI community is given same work, responsibility and authority as their colleagues. 2. Whether the test is mandatory or is the only tool for promotion and I wonder the content of test paper fully accessible. 3. I have heard promotions on productivity and efficiency and test necessary only for higher grade or level of management. We can't ask for exemptions from exams on the ground that accessible reading material is not available. Instead we should fight for provision of the same in accessible format. I totally endorse Harish sir's views. Exemption for visually challenged from writing the exams is a very unhealthy practice.
