Hello friends, Sorry for repeating this query, but lately I have not been able
to follow various mails revolving around this subject. Hence could you please
clarify once again about the concession allowed for V I persons and their
escorts in Rajdhani and Shatabdi Express Trains? Also please tell what are the
formalities required to avail this concession. Do we have to fill in the usual
Performa and produce the blindness certificate on being asked, or there are
some other requirements?
