Dear All,
Indeed a nice effort is being made by the NPFD. However, I want to
bring to your notice that matter regarding the same issue is pending
before the Hon'ble high court of delhi in the name of Praveen Kumar G
Vs. Union of India and I am representing mr. Praveen Kumar G in the
abovementioned matter.
The reply has been filed by the railway and they are not willing to
extend E-tickting facility for the persons with disability. Therefore,
it is expected to take some more time by the judgement is pronounced
by the HC of delhi.
Regards
