This is just my own perspective and I am sure that the moderator will
weigh on it soon. If you don't know if anyone has social science book,
you are well justified in asking the list. But if you know that some
definit individual has the file and you are making the request via
Access India, it basically clutters all our mailboxes. So what Harish
is refering here is to those individuals who make song requests,
software requests etc to a definit individual via the list.
