most probbably, the archive you have downloaded has been corrupted. so, eather download the file again, or try to repair the archive threw winrar it self. to repair, open the corrupted folder with winrar, go to the tools menu and choos repair archive there. give it the path where you want to put the repaired stuf, and it will creat a new folder with the same name on the chosen location with the name, "fixd".xxx it is also possible as sheek sir has suggested that the formatted archive is not supported is not supported by the winrar like Z I P X and so.
