have you tried to explain them the assistive devices? if not, kindly do it
since at least they will be aware of technological developments which assist
visually impaired to engage in such transactions without any security risk!
usually they will ask a common question that how do you type your user
name/password? I had been asked the same question when I was availing the
online banking in SBI. indeed, it's their duty but, Since they are
utterly unaware of the accessibility, they are afraid to provide this
facility to the visually impaired! nobody intends to care such things :(
