I already convinced that matters to the concerned officer so he activated the mobile banking facility but the chief manager of that branch and the SBI help room authority in the regional office thiruvananthapuram is not ready to hear details. especially about ATM so I requested the bank officers among VI to convince that matters, and provided that numbers in my 2nd mail related this issue.
